French Wardrobe Theory

I’ve recently heard of a theory as to why French women are so well dressed.  Since i’ll be studying abroad there, I’ve decided to change my wardrobe to reflect this, once I’ve reached my goal weight.  I’m quite excited, and I just wanted to share!
